As a Global Manager of Data & Analytics Finance solutions you will lead business intelligence analysis of improving the internal processes through data solutions across finance domain (e.g., planning & forecasting, accounting & reporting, revenue management, audit compliance & control).

- Lead the analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare business case and support preparation of delivery plan.
- Collaborate closely with solution engineering teams to define and implement solutions that adhere to organization standards, processes, and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and strategic solutions.
- Work in tandem with data engineering and data science teams to translate technical complexities into business insights, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure solutions are fulfilling business needs, scalability, accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive user acceptance testing and partnering the business users for an adoption of usage of implemented solutions.
- Provide guidance on project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Mentor and collaborate with junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Master Degree in business analysis, information technology, software engineering, computer science or related field. Fluent English written and spoken
- 6+ years of experience as a Business (Intelligence) Analyst / Consultant
- Solid experience as being "moderator" between Business and IT, ie. speaks both languages
- Background in finance processes and in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Exposure into some widely adopted BI tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, QlikSense, SQL, and other
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members is a plus
- Demonstrated success in driving results and leading initiatives to optimize business operations. Strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to adhering to industry regulations and compliance requirements.
