You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance leader.

How you will contribute

• Lead compliance activities as part of technology assurance function.
• Perform quarterly compliance activities to ensure adherence to industry frameworks and regulatory mandates (i.e., SOX 404, NIST CSF, CIS).
• Lead support of ad-hoc compliance engagements of all external audits.
• Lead support of internal audits performed across the CTO/CISO organization.
• Manage and rationalize Management Action Plans (MAPs) for findings noted during audits.
• Document MAP actions and obtain agreement from CISO/CTO senior management as needed.
• Support M&A Compliance/control activities.
• Support MDLZ annual SOX 404 control testing program:
  • SOC report control validation
  • Coordinate CUEC control compliance
• Support Risk Sr Manager in developing testing techniques and plans for compliance assessments.
• Manage compliance metrics and reporting.
• Ensure all issues are documented by Risk Management team.
• Support Risk & Compliance Sr Manager with CTO/CISO non-compliance program.
• Support Risk & Compliance Sr Manager with monthly CTO/CISO GRC SteerCo meetings.
• Lead Compliance related projects.
• Manage Compliance Analyst(s) staff.
• Develop and maintain current SOPs of all Compliance Processes that includes:
  • Procedures for performing Compliance activities including:
    • Firewall compliance
    • Account compliance
    • Asset compliance
  • Procedures for documenting compliance results into SNOW
  • Procedures for generating key reports
  • Procedures for performing risk acceptance
  • Procedures for documenting control exceptions and unmitigated risks
  • Procedures for documenting issues in SNOW
