Design your future with our Product Management Program
We are looking for curious, creative, and organised team players. If you aspire to pursue a career in product management and have a foundational understanding of the field, including basic techniques and approaches, then you are an ideal candidate for our team.
Product Management Program is a 6-month initiative designed to boost your career in product management under the guidance of experienced Ocado Technology product management experts. This program will immerse you in real challenges with a leading tech company. It’s not a course or academy - you’ll join a team of product managers and software engineers at Ocado Technology who’ll help you develop your skills and knowledge. The program combines both theory and practical application, giving participants a comprehensive understanding of product management processes in a large organisation.
Work condition: 8000 PLN gross monthly, a civil contract, hybrid way of working. 6 months starting in September 2023
What will you learn:
- How to revise theory within a structured training scheme.
Tools, concepts, and frameworks for creating great products.
Ways to work with customers and product users, as well as how to meet stakeholders' expectations.
How to solve real-world business problems and make a significant impact on the development of a global enterprise-level platform.
How to hone collaboration skills on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
How to implement techniques to conquer roadmaps and prioritisation.
How to define problems and make data-driven decisions.
How to plan product roadmaps, build collaboratively with Design and Engineering peers, and shipping scale.
You will be a perfect fit if you:
- Express interest in Product Management and have at least a basic theoretical knowledge in that field.
Are able to work full-time for 6 months (with 10 days of holiday) and have the desire to continue working with us after the program ends.
Have great communication skills in English and Polish, with a minimum B2 level.
- Value collaboration - one of the key working practices in Product Management.
Display a product mindset by demonstrating curiosity, problem-solving, communication skills and empathy.
Collaborate with others by sharing ideas and understanding the problems in order to effectively solve problems.
