Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our company's marketing objectives and target audience.
Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including designing templates, crafting engaging content, and scheduling and sending campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Segment our email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors to ensure highly targeted campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and email marketing innovations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email content aligns with overall marketing and branding strategies.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and data protection laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and experience with marketing automation.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and personalized email content.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance email performance.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
