Job Title: Marketing Associate, Offline Marketing

Summary:

The Marketing Associate, Offline Marketing is responsible for developing and executing offline marketing campaigns that support the company's overall marketing goals. This includes developing marketing plans, creating and managing marketing collateral, and coordinating with vendors and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offline marketing channels, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities:

Market and Business Development associate would be required to undertake day-to-day operations required to run the coaching as well as execute marketing activities both online and offline.

This would require the candidate to liaise with multiple vendors to set up marketing channels, reach out to students/parents to inform them about the brand, and work with teachers to help onboard more students.

Create and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure that offline marketing campaigns are executed effectively.

Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offline marketing trends and best practices.

Work location: The role will be based out of Patna. The work would involve extensive local travel

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with degree in science, commerce, or arts (full-time degree)
  • Previous experience of 1-3 years in business development/offline marketing/operations roles etc is mandatory
  • Must own a smartphone with basic operational 4GB+ RAM, good storage & processing speed and should have a personal laptop
  • Must own a personal two-wheeler for travel across the city (Patna)
  • Good command over excel (vlookup, index, match etc.)
  • Strong understanding of offline marketing channels, such as print, direct mail, and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English
  • Ability to informally engage with student, teachers and parents and willingness to work on ground level initiatives
