Grand Millennium Auckland is looking for an enthusiastic Doorperson to join their busy Front Office team.

You will promote positive guest experiences through welcoming guests, explaining hotel facilities and anticipating guests' needs. Being every guest's first point of contact, you will provide them with a warm welcome and departure. You will assist with guest luggage and our valet service.
Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous. However, we will welcome your application if you have proven customer service skills and believe you have what it takes to create an outstanding guest moment. It's important you are fluent in English and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience. A clean, full driver's license is required for this role.
This is a full time position, so it is important you have the flexibility to work all shifts including weekends.
